There are two ways to join my team: a Prayer Team and a Ministry Team.

A few years ago, I was praying about what God wanted this ministry in Paris to look like. There are different ways people choose to do missions—one being to work a job while doing ministry on the side and supporting themselves, and another being to do ministry full-time and fundraise.

If I’m honest, I find fundraising to be really hard, and asking others to support me financially is not something I would naturally choose. However, in that conversation with God, I clearly heard Him say that this calling is not just for me. He wants this journey to be a story that draws many people to Him, and inviting others to be a part of that story is important.

Since that time, I have felt a strong conviction to invite others not only to give financially, but to truly join the team. I may be the boots on the ground in Paris, but I can’t do anything without God or the people He has called to walk alongside me.

My request is that you would click on both the Prayer Team page and the Ministry Team page, read about each one, and then spend time over the next week praying with Jesus about how He may be inviting you to be involved. If God is asking you to join one and not the other, that’s wonderful—please listen to Him. If He is asking you to join both, that’s wonderful too. And if He is saying no to both, that is also good—please listen to Him.

My prayer has been, and will continue to be, that God speaks clearly to the people He wants to be a part of this team. If His answer for you is no, it does not mean you don’t support me as a person 🙂 It simply means He has something else for you to be doing or partnering with.
